What is your company name?
We are known as both Western New York Fluid System Technologies Inc. and Swagelok Western New York. Prior to our January 2001 merger, we were known as Buffalo Valve & Fitting Co., Rochester Valve & Fitting Co., and Syracuse Valve & Fitting Co.
What are your office hours?
Our offices are open Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 5pm. For an after-hours emergency, please call our main office at (585) 359-8470 and follow the instructions.
What services do you provide?
We offer a wide variety of value added services including Custom Fabrication & Assembly, Engineering Assistance, No-Charge Tubing Delivery, Orbital Welding, Vendor Managed Inventory, Tool & Equipment Rental and Training on Fluid System Applications. Check out our services page for more information.

Can I visit your facilities?
Absolutely! We enjoy having visitors. Customers may visit to pick up orders, ask about products, and learn more about Swagelok Western New York.
How can I get a catalog?
The quickest way to view our products is through our website. You can browse our products by using the search bar to easily locate the specific catalog to fit your need. We can also provide an electronic desktop reference (eDTR). Printed versions of our catalog are available by request. Please contact us for a hard cover catalog or to receive a version of our eDTR.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes, we have a will call area at all three service locations.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we provide no-charge delivery for your tubing orders. Our tubing runs are typically scheduled for Wednesdays. Contact us to find out when our next free delivery is scheduled.
What kind of warranty can I expect with Swagelok products?
Swagelok products are backed by the Swagelok Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Yes, we have a wide range of rental tools and equipment.
